You can contact us by email or telephone to give us a brief of your project and let us know exactly what it is that you need. If you contact us via email we will usually suggest a virtual meeting via Teams or Zoom to further discuss a plan for the best way we can work together on your project. If you decide to proceed with us we will request a £1,800/€2,000 retainer which is deductable from either your villa or crew hotel booking with us - making our services practically free of charge.
Once we know your brief we will contact our trusted to partners and. created a personalised selection of properties and share them with you in the form of brochures and information packs. These information packs will include the crucial information that you need such as pricing, floor plans, location pins and information on the more technical aspects of the villa. We will then work with you to create an order of preference and use your feedback to narrow the search down and create a ‘hot list’.
We strongly recommend scout trips for all of our filming clients. This will give you an opportunity to see the villas in the flesh and meet the owners or property managers. We can help in the organisation of the scout trip and create a timetable for you with your viewings. It is at this point we would start looking into crew hotel options too so that you can either visit those or stay in them during your trip. If a scout trip isn't an option we can request virtual viewings with our property managers or owners.
Following your scout trip we will assess your feedback and select your favourite options. We will then work with the property owners and hotels to negotiate the rates as low as possible. Once a rate is agreed we will support you through the contract process and communicate your terms to the owners and hotels and vice versa. Please note that we do not add anything on to the cost of the villas, hotels or any of the other services that we provide as we claim a commission from the owners and hotels. This means that we are able to offer the lowest prices possible.
Our involvement doesn’t end once the deal is done. We then work with you to help provide anything that you require logistically such as car hire, airport transfers, catering ... anything you can think of really. Our team are on call 24/7 for emergencies throughout the duration of your project and can act as an extra facet for assistance.
